GOOD FOOD GLUTEN FREE
When you visit GF Eats you are stepping into Illawarra's Home of gluten Free. Yes we are a takeaway joint although we go far beyond that with a wide range of sweet treats, a small retail range and a freezer retail range that puts the big 3 supermarkets to shame. We bounce out of bed each day to ensure those who live a gluten free lifestyle can do so with out missing out on the simple pleasures like a cracking takeaway feed. While we aim to make as many products as we can in house we do buy in some select products from suppliers who share the same care for coeliacs and quality of product as we do.

the gf eats way
As GF Eaters we know that living on a strict Gluten Free diet can have its challenges. From label reading, to giving waiters the Spanish Inquisition, to paying up to 8 x more for basic food items like flour & breadcrumbs, and the joy of often having added dietary needs like no dairy, no soy, no eggs, no nuts. At GF Eats we do our best to make these challenges a thing of the past.

Not a coeliac, but a family member is... the whole family had a very nice brunch/lunch here. My eggs benny burger was great (best GF bun I've ever had... meant to but forgot to ask if they're selling them 😥). Nice items in the freezer section too (had my eyes on scrolls, but it was a long way back home...). If in the area again, I'll definitely pay a visit... with an esky 😊
